Refund Policy

CTR Factor Non-Profit Alliance (operating CTR Factor Debate Academy) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on program purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Refunds are issued by CTR Factor Non-Profit Alliance back to your original payment method. To request a refund:

1. Email us at social@ctrfactor.com with the email you used at checkout and the item you would like refunded, or
2. Open Membership & billing in the Family Portal and use Manage payment method to review your invoices, then contact us with the invoice you want refunded.

The Academy Membership and the Competition Track add-on bill monthly. You can cancel anytime from Membership & billing in the Family Portal; access continues through the end of the month you have already paid for and no further charges are made. Cancelling the Academy Membership also ends the Competition Track, because the add-on requires an active membership. Already-processed monthly charges may be refunded if requested within the 30-day window above.

Unused private coaching sessions are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Sessions already delivered, and sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, are not refundable.

One-time donations are eligible for refund within 30 days of the contribution date. After 30 days, donations are considered final to allow us to allocate funds to programming. Monthly recurring donations can be cancelled at any time using the billing link in your donation receipt emails; cancelling stops future charges immediately. Tax-deductible acknowledgment letters are updated accordingly if a refund is issued.

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
