Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and CTR Factor Non-Profit Alliance, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization operating CTR Factor Debate Academy ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website, registering for a program, donating, or purchasing a session, you agree to these Terms.

Programs serve students; registrations and purchases must be submitted by a parent, guardian, or an individual of legal age with authority to enter this agreement. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and safeguard any account credentials you create.

You agree not to misuse the site or services, including:

• Unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping, automated access);
• Spam or harassment of staff, students, or other families.

All website content, curriculum, materials, branding, and software are owned by CTR Factor Non-Profit Alliance or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the site and enrolled materials for personal, non-commercial program participation. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer any materials.

Purchases are sold by CTR Factor Non-Profit Alliance and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe; we never store full card numbers. Prices are shown in US dollars, and any applicable tax is added at checkout.

The Academy Membership and the Competition Track add-on are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically on the same day each month until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from Membership & billing in the Family Portal; access continues through the end of the paid month. Cancelling the Academy Membership also ends the Competition Track, because the add-on requires an active membership. Private coaching packages are one-time purchases. Recurring monthly donations renew until cancelled using the billing link in your receipts.

If a renewal payment fails, we retry automatically and may pause access until payment succeeds. Membership includes one weekly one-on-one coaching session and access to eligible weekly group sessions subject to seat capacity and fair use; repeated no-shows may temporarily pause advance registration.

We work hard to keep our site and programs available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law forbids exclusion.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. You may stop using the site at any time; cancellation of memberships and recurring donations is handled from Membership & billing in the Family Portal or the billing link in your receipts.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CTR Factor Non-Profit Alliance from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
