CTR Factor Debate Academy is committed to expanding student access. Here's how scholarships and waivers work, who qualifies, and how families apply.

Who Qualifies

Priority Eligibility Categories

Funding from CTR Factor Non-Profit Alliance is allocated based on demonstrated need and available resources.

Military-Connected Families

Active-duty, veteran, reservist, National Guard, and Gold Star families.

Students with Disabilities

Students with documented disabilities who would benefit from communication, leadership, and advocacy training.

Homeschool Students

Homeschool students seeking structured debate, public speaking, and peer-learning opportunities.

Need-Based Hardship

Families experiencing financial hardship who could not otherwise participate at full price.

The Process

How families apply — start to decision

    Register

    Complete the program registration form for the student.

    Indicate Need

    Check the Scholarship & Access section and tell us about your situation.

  3. 3
    Review

    Our team reviews requests within 5 business days.

  4. 4
    Decision

    You receive an email with the funding decision and next steps.

Time-sensitive request? Note it in your application and we'll prioritize the review so you don't miss a session start date.
